The Crown Steam 12 Gallon Gas Countertop Steam Kettle (KGCT12) is an NSF certified, stainless steel countertop steam kettle. Small enough to be placed on a countertop, this steam kettle is versatile so your staff can place it and use it wherever they will need it most. An electric ignition makes starting the gas easy so cooking happens fast, and with a 12 gallon capacity, this kettle can steam a wide variety of foods and ingredients. Crown Steam - KGCT12 - 12 Gallon Gas Countertop Steam Kettle also has a thermostat, so chefs always know just how hot everything is.

- Mounted controls include solid state thermostat, ignition light, low water indicator light, pressure gauge and electronic ignition
