The Crown Steam 20 Gallon Direct Steam Kettle (DP-20) is a large capacity stationary kettle in a traditional pedestal style. It has a 20-gallon capacity, perfect for high volume operations like institutions, schools, catering and beverage service needs and more. The kettle comes with a hinged cover and perforated strainer to keep debris away from the beverage and ensure safety and sanitation. The Crown Steam - DP-20 - 20 Gallon Direct Steam Kettle is constructed of 316 stainless steel and incorporates a stainless-steel liner on the inside. This kettle has a PSI of 35 and is certified by the NSF.
