The stainless steel body makes this machine durable as well as easy to clean, and four flanged feet ensure it stays stable while chefs cook and mix. With a whopping 60-gallon capacity, Crown Steam - ELTM-60 - 60 Gallon Single Electric Mixer Steam Kettle is ready to keep chefs cooking and mixing all day.
