This commercial gas steaming tilting kettle makes it easy to remove foods once they are perfectly steamed. The GLT-30 steamer has a 30 gallon capacity with stainless steel liners and exteriors as well as stainless steel legs that sit right on the floor. The temperature range in the Crown Steam 55 inch 30 Gallon Gas Floor Steam Kettle (GLT-30) can go between 150 and 275 degrees and the device includes safety features for operations.
