The Crown Steam 44 inch 10 Pan Convection Steamer with Direct Steam Base (DCX-10-6) puts a steamer and kettle together to offer a work space that is small but capable of handling large volumes. This steamer has a six-gallon kettle, along with two compartments. Five pans of 12 inches x 20 inches can fit into a single compartment for great space utilization. Each compartment on the Crown Steam - DCX-10-6 - 44 inch 10 Pan Convection Steamer with Direct Steam Base has a 60-minute timer for easy alerts. The steamer is CSA and NSF certified.
