Preparing foods with a steamer can be complicated unless you have the Crown Steam - GCX-10-36 - 36 inch 10 Pan Convection Steamer with Gas Boiler. With an outside constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel, you have durability without germs. The door on the steamer (GCX-10-36) has a perimeter gasket and a positive lock and seal set to keep the steam inside. Covered corners on the inside make it easy to wipe down, and the removable stainless steel pans are well supported inside. The Crown Steam 36 inch 10 Pan Convection Steamer with Gas Boiler (GCX-10-36) even has a drip trough to stop condensation when the door is open.
