  • Q:

How much energy use per 100 lbs of ice and how much water use per 100 lbs of ice. Can I get a picture of the ice cube and the ice cube dimensions as well. Thanks.

Also, what feedback do you get on ice machines. What do customers seem to prefer. Manitowoc, scotsman, Hoshizaki, etc. ?

      The water usage/100-pounds of ice in gallons is 18 at 90-degrees F, and 68 at 70-degrees F.

The energy use is 5.8 kwH/100-pound ice production.

The preference is based on many different customer needs. I would recommend calling our sales floor directly at 1.800.447.4941 to discuss options best suited for your needs.
