Created for efficiency, the Vollrath - 72105 - Cayenne® Fiber/Resin Drop-In Warmer gives you unique, direct contact heating systems that allow the water to be poured onto the element for effective heat transfer. You will retain heat and resist build-up at the same time with the 72105 warmer. The resin and cast-in non-stick aluminum dome heating element uses 25 percent less energy, and the wide lip has room to catch water and drain it back into the well so you don’t have to check it all the time. The Vollrath Cayenne® Fiber/Resin Drop-In Warmer (72105) has 10 possible temperatures for versatility in use.
