Q:The description says cooker warmer...does this mean it cooks soup or just warms the soup. If it is just a warmer does soup need to be preheated on stove top
Know the answer? Answer this question
A:To best comply with HAACP, it is recommended that you cook and heat up your soups on the stove in a pot, then transfer them to this warmer. However, this warmer can get so hot that additional cooking can continue. However, we do have a few kinds of rethermalizers, which you could warm a pre-cooked soup directly in the warming unit and still comply with HAACP regulations.
