The exterior is built from stainless steel to ensure a long life for the drawer, and the inside is made from a corrosion-resistant aluminized steel so the interior quality won’t be affected my moisture and humidity. The humidity gauge and thermometer are mounted externally for easy and quick monitoring of the internal conditions, and this drawer has a temperature range of 100 to 200 degrees. The Toastmaster - 3A80AT09 - 1 Drawer 29 inch x 19 inch 120V Built-In Warmer is ETL compliant.
