      No, the product is warmed in a #10 can or stainless steel jar (not included). It cannot be directly put into the warmer.

    i have purchased this unit from you and wanted to know i see the pump assembly which i am going to purchase as a back up, but do you have the insert that fits this unit? in my area, i am unable to use the actual #10 can and am looking for the specific insert for this unit. please advise, thank you

      The pump is internal to the unit. The spout warmer is the spout itself, and is located on the top front of the unit, and is attached to the heating element. The control panel is on the back of this unit, and does not light up. The image on the front is just a decal.
