I need to know how to install part #40-12767 heater for model #SN-4DHD serial #881059-2

    • A:

Unfortunately there are no detailed instructions on how to access and replace the heating element.

A tech will access by removing the rear service panel at the bottom of the hot well. Then remove 2-4 screws at the bottom of the well to slide out and access the heater. If the tech has any questions he will need to call Federal while in front of the case at 800-356-4206.
