For convenient foodservice, the Vollrath - 38104 - Servewell® 700 Watt 4 Well Hot Food Table utilizes a heated water bath for consistent temperature holding. Featuring a one-piece thermostat and a well that concentrates and insulates, energy transference to the water via dome elements and an easy Breath Guard placement with four guide holes. The 38104 has an 8-inch cutting board, automatic thermostat controls and stainless steel construction. Measuring 61 1/4 inches wide, 32 inches deep and 34 inches high, the Vollrath Servewell® 700 Watt 4 Well Hot Food Table (38104) is recommended for holding up to 4-inch deep full or fractional pan sizes.
