The 38118 has brass drain valves, and the thermostatic controls sense and adjust to fluctuations in food pan capacities and water temperatures. Measuring at 61-1/4 inches wide, 32 inches deep, and 34 inches high, the Vollrath Servewell® 208/240 Volt 4 Well Hot Food Table (38118) is made out of stainless steel and has 2,400 to 3,200 watts of power.
