Comments about Hamilton Beach Stem w/ Spring:
I ordered this because the one I had did not fit easily into the basket. I thought the stem had been accidentally swapped with another when two coffee pots were used. The one I received is exactly like the one I had and does not fit into the basket, so we are still unable to use the coffee pot. Could I return the stem and order a new basket? Thank you for your help.

Q:i have a delonghi dcu60 im looking for a stem with spring size 12 1/2 inch long. Do you have a replacement for my urn
A:I heard from DeLonghi today and they informed me that they no longer manufacture the urn you inquired about (DCU60). They suggested finding replacement parts that "may" fit, but after doing quite a thorough search, we couldn't find anyone with solid research on what would work.
A:It appears that the stem/pump with spring (TG004) and faucet/valve (TG006) are no longer being made. In fact, when doing research, there were no other suggested alternatives that came up. I reached out to DeLonghi to see if they could let me know if there were any part alternatives. When they respond, I’ll update the answer with their information.
