Comments about Commercial 1/2" Oven Gas Valve w/ Knob:

I like the valves but the knobs are really sloppy and loose. We order 100-200 of these per year and my customers are complaining about this. Makes our product seem cheap. Looking at other options.

    • Q:

I'm planning on using this valve to control 3x100,000BTU 20tip jet burners at the same time. That being said I need to know if this valve will allow up to 350,000BTUs of propane through it, so as not to starve the burners of gas? If not: do you have a product that's similar, but will allow that many BTUs?
Also does this valve control the flow of propane along a 180 degree turn (only needs to be turned a partial turn to control flow)? Or is it the kind of valve that needs to be turned all the way around multiple times to control flow?

This valve is designed for pizza ovens and chinese ranges so it can handl a high BTU output. With that said one of these will not work for 350,000BTUs. One of these valves can handle about 150,000BTUs.
