Thanks for contacting us with your question.
I spoke with one of our technicians, and we believe we've determined a few causes to your problem. You're referring to a fryer, correct?
You may be experiencing 1 of 2 things.
1. A bad thermostat
2. A bad gas valve
1. Check your temperature (leave thermometer in oil) - if your temperature dial reads 350 but your oil temperature is 250 it's safe to assume your thermostat is malfunctioning. Thermostats can only be calibrated by technicians, but if it's too off you may need to replace it again.
2. We're pretty sure if your pilot is staying lit the problem isn't a gas valve one.
I recommend calling the technician I've been working with. His name is Kevin, and he'd be more than happy to help you determine your problem. Please give him a call at 1-303-545-1377.
