Comments about Rubbermaid 50 gal Rollout Wheels/Push Cap:

Aside from the fact that the old push caps are a pain to remove (seriously, it took an hour), the new wheels were a breeze to install and are working great. The quality is good and I expect to get at least another 4 useful years out of my garbage can now.

Remove the old push caps and slide the old wheels off the axle. Slide the new wheels on the axle and insert the push caps.

Bash the old metal cap off with a hammer(comes off pretty easy), slide wheel in place, install new metal cap(provided) using hammer

The 50 Gallon Rollout Wheels measure appoximately 8-1/8 inches in diameter and 1-9/16 inches thick, and the axle is 3/4 inch. Unfortunately, these wheels do not have any bearing options as they spin freely around the axle.

Thanks for bringing your question to Tundra Restaurant Supply Steve.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer of these Rubbermaid 9W27-L1 50 Gallon Rollout Wheels/Push Cap says they wheels and push caps come as a kit, and the push caps are not available by themselves.
