If the attachments for your 12 qt mixer slide and twist into place then this dough hook will work.

  • Q:

when it slides on the shaft does it have a notch on both sides of the slot? In other words when you slide on do you turn clockwise or counterclockwise to lock in place. I have an older hobart 12 qt. and the paddle slides on and turns clockwise to lock. I see some pics of hooks that have slots on both sides.
