  • Q:

I have a Cooler i use on my Line that has two front doors and an opening to hold steam table pans...

... for the majority of the year, it is relatively humid and the condensation drip tray fills on an almost daily basis, causing water to be sloshed around whenever the cooler is moved even a little. I have one of these under the drip line of our upright beverage fridge, and am interested in one to put in the rear of the topping cooler. My two real questions are, is this able to be spliced into the Cooler's power line or should i buy the power cable, and two is it safe to put in place of the current drip tray which is not heated. I would love to not have to remove the back panel of the cooler almost every day.

Yes, this evaporator pan can be spliced into your coolers power line and it is safe to use in place of your current drip tray. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
