When your order is placed, we’ll ship your package directly to International Checkout, where they’ll inspect the order before shipping it directly to your door. A few quick tips:
- After you place your order, inquire directly with International Checkout for any questions you may have in regards to billing and shipping. They can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Electrical requirements differ by location. All of the equipment we provide is made to pair with US electrical configurations, i.e. voltage, plugs, currents, etc. If you require a different setup than what is standard to US equipment, please use our Live Chat feature at the top of the site so we can help guide you to the right equipment for your locale.
- Unfortunately, once an international order is placed and shipped, we do not accept refunds. However, International Checkout will inspect all orders before shipping them to your door.
