When you're baking in bulk, you quickly find out that counter space is at a premium. As hot pans come out of the oven, let them cool in a pan rack. A pan rack keeps pans consolidated and off of your countertops, freeing you up to work on other tasks (like getting another tray of pastries into the oven). The other benefit of pan racks? They're on casters! Move pan racks around the kitchen or out the door (we're looking at you caterers) for ease of use.
