The worst bottleneck a bar could be faced with is several thirsty customers and no clean glassware to serve them. Keep the drinks flowing (and the revenue too) by setting up a good dishwashing station where your staff quickly and safely clean glassware. Nothing affects your efficiency more than cleaning up broken glassware in the sink or worse, a trip to the emergency room for some stitches.
