Check trays are one of those supplies you probably don't think about offhand, but as soon as you need one, you're desperately trying to track it down. Check trays make it easy to present guest checks and collect payment (particularly cash). We do encourage you to stock up on a few check trays, as they seem to difficult to find just as you need them!
