Refrigerated merchandisers are great for storing beverages, to-go meals and other self service options for customers. Before adding a refrigerated merchandiser to your deli shop consider what items you want to sell and how much room you have. Bigger might not be better for your operation if you're hoping to sell additional beverages; for example if you see a lot of soda fountain beverage sales customers will be less inclined to pick up juice, water or other bottled beverages. Also consider your commuters. Do you get a lot of traffic during the weekdays? Try packaging sandwiches to go and put them on display for sale in your merchandiser.
