The idea of Stoveshoes started when a restaurant owner was cleaning under the kitchen equipment and kept getting mop strings stuck to the casters. She also tried to slide the equipment away from the wall to clean the walls, but the casters were so gooped up, it was next to impossible to roll them away. That’s when she had a bright idea – wouldn’t it be much easier if the equipment just slide around the room, much like those gliders that go under heavy home furniture? In came Stoveshoes. These handy kitchen tools allow for even the smallest of kitchen staff to easily glide a 500lb machine away from the wall. Even better, no more worrying about those mop strings getting tangled up in casters.
