When it comes to having a reliable restaurant equipment behind your bar, look no further than a Waring commercial blender. Known for introducing the first blender in America, Waring is a leading manufacturer of commercial restaurant equipment for the foodservice industry. Waring commercial blenders come in capacities from 32 to 64 ounces and are equipped with powerful motors (1.5 to 2HP drives), with the Waring Xtreme Hi-Power blenders featuring a heavy duty 3.5 peak HP high performance motor. Stainless steel cutting blades adds durability and reliability, even when you're blending consistently throughout the day. And with a Waring blender you also get peace of mind; many of Waring Commercial blenders come with a limited two year warranty (some even have a limited three year motor warranty).
Waring blenders also come with multiple configurations. Prefer a toggle switch to a single electronic keypad? You got it. If you intend on doing a lot of blending in the front of house (like in a bar or lounge) consider adding an additional sound enclosure for some serious noise reduction (your customers will thank you). At Tundra Restaurant Supply we carry a diverse selection of Waring Xtreme Hi-Power blenders, Nublend® bar blenders and much more!
Sizing Your Commercial Blender
Buying the right commercial blender doesn't necessarily mean getting the most souped-up model out there. You may find that you're only doing light beverage prep at your bar, in which case a blender that's 1 HP or less could be adequately sufficient for your needs. However, if you're a business that's making more than 75 drinks per day, we suggest sizing up to a model that's at least 2-3 HP so you don't wear out your blender prematurely.
Commercial Blender Containers
Waring bar blenders come in BPA-free copolyester containers, stainless steel containers or glass containers. Many opt for the copolyester bar container due to its lightweight and transparent attributes, which makes it easy to see the consistency of what you're blending (stainless steel, while extremely durable, can be cumbersome to bartenders who need to see the product). Of all of the materials, a glass bar container will be the heaviest of the bunch. However, many choose a glass container for their bar for aesthetic reasons.
It's important to note that many of Waring's containers are stackable, making it easy to store multiple containers in small places; this is a must for busy bars who specialize in mixed beverages!
The best part about investing in a Waring bar blender is the availability of parts. Finding a Waring blender replacement jar, blade assembly, switches and more is easier with our wide selection of Waring blender parts. Even the metal-on-metal stainless steel coupling system is easily replaceable by you, saving the cost of a new blender over time.
