This model (6115RCBF) has heavy-duty knobs that can also withstand frequent use. The stainless steel sides reduce heat loss to keep things as efficient as possible, and the front remains cool to the touch at all times. The contoured pieces on the Star-Max® 15 inch Radiant Gas Charbroiler (6115RCBF) help with even heat distribution and cause fewer dangerous flare-ups. It’s narrow profile makes it easy to fit within any commercial kitchen.

Units come with LP orifices for easy conversion. All units come with a convertible regulator to switch from natural gas to LP gas. Units are shipped Natural Gas.
