The Vollrath - 40952 - 12 inch Heavy Duty Electric Slicer is a gravity fed manual slicer capable of slices from nearly translucent all the way up to one-inch slices to accommodate for any purpose that may arise. The 12-inch blade is safely removable for cleaning purposes and is powered by a half-horsepower motor to be able to cut through hams as easily as it can cut through cheese. The regulator plate of the Vollrath 12 inch Heavy Duty Electric Slicer (40952) is covered with a non-stick coating, and the collection tray at the rear of the unit has raised edges to prevent messes from accumulating on the counter. The Vollrath 40952 is UL listed.
