Cold Ice Packs

When burns and bumps happen, and they definitely happen in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, having a handful of cold ice packs on hand can help soothe the pain. Nothing feels better than a chilled compress immediately after a bad burn or a nasty bump. Fortunately, these cool little ice packs are often inexpensive, easy to store, and can be used again and again when thrown back into the freezer. Also, if you’re in a bind and need to travel with frozen foods, a few cold ice packs can be extremely handy. Line a cooler and keep those tasty treats chilled!
