Although we hope that you’re satisfied with every purchase you make with us, we understand that there are times when things need to be returned or exchanged – and this is how we do it around here.
Before any return can be made, you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In order to get this information, give us a call at 888-388-6372 or ask our live chat team for help (hint: click on that Live Chat button at the top).
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most purchases; however, some exceptions may apply, so we strongly suggest calling us or chatting with our live chat team to get a better understanding on the return and exchange period. Gift cards are non-refundable.
For heavy equipment and/or crated items, you must call us within 5 days of receiving the item.
Products that are new and unopened are eligible for returns and exchanges; however, custom made products (including custom cut and imprinted items) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Used, unsellable products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We try to keep returns and exchanges as easy as possible; however, you should know that returns on some products will have a 20-30% restocking fee. You can always give us a call at 888-388-6372 to see if the items you are purchasing would require a restocking fee in the event of a return or exchange. Retailers often charge a restocking fee to help cover the costs of repackaging, shipping, and the reduced sale price of a resale to the customer.
The fees for returning or exchanging an item is your responsibility. However, you can also visit us at our showroom to help save costs on returns and exchanges. Our showroom is located at 3825 Walnut Street, Unit E, Boulder, CO 80301.
Credits for most returns will be issued no later than 72 hours of receipt of the return. However, for heavy equipment and/or crated items, credits will be issued within 30 business days after receipt of the return.

Do not return anything to us without first contacting us. If you do not follow this simple rule, a lot of bad things may happen, like a lot of delays and potential risks of loss and payment – no one wants that.
For any exchanges, we must first receive the returned product before we ship the new item.
