    What is the difference between 81215 and 81249 both are KM28
    I am replacing an old one of the same and have several spare k probs and want to be sure I get the correct item

      Both can be used with K-type probes but are packaged with different probes. 81215 is packaged with a PK19M probe and 81149 is packaged with P13 Probe.
