      This Bobrick B-7128 Trimline™ 115V Surface-Mount 18 ga Stainless Steel Hand Dryer has a dB rating/level is a 73. I can't speak to whether or not this would disturb your small office setting. As the manufacturer put it, that would depend on your tolerance to noise within the office.
