Edlund - DOU-2 - 32 oz x 1/4 oz Mechanical Scale

The Edlund DOU-2 portion scale is designed, tested and used by major foodservice operators. It features reinforced internal housing supports and a specially developed stainless steel platform that absorbs the shock of accidental overloads without damaging the precise stainless steel mechanism. You can also run it through the dishwasher without disassembling it to keep it looking brand spanking new. This deluxe heavy duty portion scale has a 32 ounce capacity measured in ¼ ounce increments and a rotating dial. Other standard features include an adjustable air dashpot that acts as a shock absorber to prevent the scale pointer from vibrating after product is put on the scale, a molded window that prevents spills from running down into the dial and a 30 degree viewing angle. A field calibration kit is also available if needed (shown on the right).
