Sometimes simply having a pan lid isn’t enough and you find yourself needing to have an airtight seal as well, and for those times there is the Cambro 1/2 Size Camwear® Grip Food Pan Cover (20CWGL135). This lid fits half-sized pans and features a polyurethane gasket that has been molded into the lid, which seals tightly to prevent spills, waste, and contamination while in storage or in transit. It has thumb tabs in order to make removal a breeze and can safely seal materials up to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
