At 6-3/8’ wide and 20-7/8’ long, the Cambro 1/2 Size Camwear® Long Food Pan Cover (20LPCWC135) is designed to be used with the corresponding food pan size. Made of dishwasher safe polycarbonate, the flat and stackable clear cover prevents cross-contamination while leaving the long food pan’s contents visible. It’s secure seal helps to keep foods moist and palatable. The material of the Cambro lid makes it perfect for use from freezer to steam table or buffet line without melting or cracking and, unlike metal pan covers, this lid will not dent or rust.
