The Cambro 2 qt ColdFest® Round Cold Pan (CFR18148) is a convenient option for cold food applications. This cold crock is made from durable ABS material that is filled with nontoxic gel, and it will keep food at or below 41 degrees F for hours outside of the fridge. The Cambro cold pan has a wide variety of uses. Store olives or maraschino cherries at a beverage bar or sour cream and salsa at a taco buffet. It is dishwasher safe, NSF certified and made in the USA.
