Q:
What size drainage holes does the top bin have? Are holes just on bottom? or also on sides?

- A:
  The holes are 3/8" diameter, which is perfect for letting the water out. The lettuce draining holes are only on the bottom of the top bucket. There is just one hole on the side of the bottom bucket to drain out the used water when you're done using it.
