Features a surgical-quality plastic pump that achieves up to 98% evacuation of smooth condiments such as ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise
Pump easily breaks down and parts are dishwasher safe
Shroud is black thermoset polyester with a polished stainless steel lid and sets into a stainless steel stand for use on countertop
Pump connector pierces pouch fitment creating a sealed system
Portion size is 1 oz but can be reduced in 1/4 oz increments by adjusting portion pin position on lid lever
Pump is also ADA compliant at 1/2 oz and 1/4 oz portions, requiring less that 5 lbs of pressure to dispense
