While the unit runs on natural gas, the lava rocks help to create an ideal heating environment that radiates heat up and onto the foods you’ve placed on the charbroiler. Cooking zones are individually controlled for added convenience. The Toastmaster 24 inch PRO-SERIES™ Countertop Lava Rock Gas Charbroiler (TMLC24) comes with two bags of lava rocks to get you started.
