It heats evenly due to the heating elements that are placed 12 inches apart on the griddle plate. The thermostatic controls on the Star - 760TA - Ultra-Max® 60 inch Electric Griddle makes it simple to ensure heating is at the desired temperature. The construction is stainless steel, which is easy to clean and leads to a durable griddle. It comes complete with a wraparound splash guard and grease trough.
