When you need foods to thaw fast, trust the Hatco - FR-9-208-3 - 208V 9 kW Food Rethermalizer to get things taken care of. There are two compartments on the unit: one to filter debris out of the water and the other to heat the water. In addition to heating foods up to a certain temperature, the Hatco 208V 9 kW Food Rethermalizer (FR-9-208-3) also has the ability to maintain that same temperature for an extended amount of time until you are ready. With this set up, the water is constantly circulating, preventing cool spots and ensuring even heating. You can adjust the temperature to suit your needs and an indicator light lets you know when the water is ready.
