Built in booster heater sized to raise incoming 120° F water to 180° F for sanitizing rinse without an external booster heater
Unique temperature interlock guarantees required sanitizing temperatures in both the wash and final rinse
Requires only 1.6 gal of water per cycle
(4) four washing programs of 6, 10, 15 minute, or continuous wash cycles
Maximum of (10) ten cycles per hour on six minute cycle
Revolving stainless steel wash/rinse arms above and below the rack are easily removed without the use of a tool
