      I recommend a Robot Coupe Blixer for making almond butter. There are several different sizes so be sure to invest in one that can handle the quantity of almond butter you plan on producing.

      I am sorry, that part is obsolete. If you would like, the manufacturer mentioned that you can send in your disc and they can rivet on a metal hub so you can still use the food processor. The only downside is that you will not be able to use the disc and S-blade in tandem anymore. There is a small fee for each disc.
