Blast Chillers

Extend the life of your foods, soups, stocks, and sauces by putting a few blast chillers to work on your back line. Used to ready foods for storage and inhibit the growth of bacteria, blast chillers are excellent for catering purposes and instant food preparation. Blast chillers are colder and bring temperatures down quicker than a traditional refrigerator.
