The Vollrath - 59502DW - Drop-In Induction Warmer is a subtle addition to your equipment with a tempered glass top and a low profile. With induction you get accurate and consistent temperatures paired with minimal heat loss; that means better-tasting food and lowered energy costs! There are four power settings that can be changed with touch control. LED indicators let you know where the warmer is in the process. With the Vollrath Drop-In Induction Warmer (59502DW), you also get the interconnect cord that allows you to connect up to three units with only one power cord. This can save valuable counter space and keep your area clean as you work. When the warmer isn’t in use, the cord easily collects underneath the unit for added convenience.
