The walls and back door of the unit are made from tempered glass with the rest of the structural areas being made from stainless steel. Internal temperatures of the Nemco - 6452 - 18 inch 4-Tier Pizza Merchandiser can reach up to 180 degrees within 16 minutes, and it has a water reservoir to ensure the pizza doesn’t get dry. The Nemco 6452 is NSF listed and ETL compliant.
