          I'm not quite exactly sure of what you are asking, but I think you are referring to the plastic bushing to be reversed so that this hinge swings the other way. In that case, there is a black plastic cap on the top that needs to be removed. From there, you can push out the existing plastic bushing from the underside and re-insert from the opposing side, and reassemble. You can also refer to this short tutorial video that can help give some insight:
