A:All of these food grade sealants are rated the same within their respective MSDS, and all of which are tolerable to the 350-400°F ranges. As for which color, that is completely up to you, and thus why they designed multiple colors. As for turning yellow, that is something that happens over time, due to exposure to oxygen, heat, stain-able liquids, dirt, etc.

A:This silicone sealant is FDA and NSF approved. As far as a release agent, you will need to be more specific. It skins over in 15 minutes so workability will be less time than that. As far as curing time, there is no info available from the manufacturer. Temperature and humidity will affect that time. If I had to guess, I'd say 12 - 24 hours.
