You can never have enough disposable gloves when you have a deli and sandwich shop. Gloves are required for making sandwiches, so you can bet you'll go through several pairs a day as employees come and go during their shift. Disposable gloves come in a variety of materials, like latex or vinyl, powdered or powder-free. There's no right or wrong glove to choose, it's really a matter of comfort preference. That said, many restaurants do choose powder-free gloves to avoid the risk of powder spilling from the gloves (and into the food) when an employee removes them.
